Sims 4 Get to Work £30 plus VAT

Just a quick heads-up anyone who is thinking of buying the new Sims Expansion pack keep in mind it's £30! with VAT!  So if you are anywhere but America be careful cause that VAT sure can add more money on the game.  Hopefully the game will be released in stores, if not well I guess this is a game I might have to decline but being as EA were to gen to update the game and give a few gifts...I might just buy the new expansion... but I really think £30 is alot for a expansion... the old "Exp" packs used to be "£20"... so a small game pack Out Door Retreat was "£15" but the full expansions are to be "£30"...I'm not sure what to think because that is alot of money hopefully the game's will be worth it.

 

Downside?

The Expansions are "30?" err... wasn't the game base near to that price?  Knock off £5... and we have a deal...I guess it's the waiting game all over again, if I manage to get bored and save up I'll buy it for my birthday if not I'll just continue on with my S.4.O.D.R and the base game but like is said before the game looks pretty interesting.

Very sexy lingerie wear better than any MODS!  Bravo EA/Maxis!  You annoyed the hell outta us but gave something to ease our pain.

My Sims Family Tree aka Genalogy is coming along "fine" it tells you how you are related to one another, say if you have a "half sister" it'll let you know.  

Why did they remove it in the first place?

Apparently they had little time when releasing the game... sorry EA/Maxis I don't believe that story but thankfully they have fixed things.

People are not that bothered  because it's in the Sims 3 but some are happy, because it was a feature that should have been "there" from the start.

The Sims 4 Get Back To Work

About time they brought back the Family Tree... it's hard to tell who is related to "who" and who's parents were who's and the list.Can't wait for the next Sims 4 expansion pack and new updated features including the Family Tree Genealogy!  Most likely based on Open for Business but with new ideas and concept!

Imagine if your Sim commits a crime and he or she is sent to Prison... this is the return of police.  Meaning you might be able to steal. I highly doubt you could "kill" another Sim and serve life.  

Clothing stores are back... but what about bakery's? and places to eat?

 Hospitals might mean Sims now can become really sick, maybe even catch Ebola... or Simbola?

Was it suicide? A Sim jumped to death? Imagine hospitals, clothing stores and prisons, now the mischief trait makes perfect sense.  Well...well EA and Maxis maybe there is a way to make the Sims 4 amazing...and fix what you have ruined I always knew that the latest updates and expansions would make the game a lot more fun, this looks like a lot of fun I'll sure to be buying the game as long as it isn't as much as the "base" game.

Toddlers Controversy?

In reality the creators and or game designers of the Sims 4 could "tweak" the base game and add toddlers but we have been confirmed along time ago that there "wont" be any toddlers, but just saying they could always tweak it and if they did it would make Simmers a lot more happier with the game and shut people up about there being no Toddlers...every time I look at a forum I see... "WHERE ARE THE TODDLERS?" which gets really annoying.

Finally a FIX for The Sims 4 Debug Text (2015)

Finally fixed the Debug Text... for Outdoor Retreat!

After panicking like a complete "moron" I finally figured out how to fix those annoying text glitches, apparently this time nobody will share a fixed and or updated "Strings" file so I had to take things into my own hands by reading very carefully on those forums and "Boom" somebody had the information needed and I think everyone should know the fix... because it's becoming a nuisance... I mean I can't keep running to EA customer support every second.   EA and Maxis have got "Mah" Money so I expect the game to work perfectly.

I know you'd say update the game...well I can't because Origin did it itself before I even had The Sims Outdoor Retreat and without my permission. I know never to mess with the settings in Origin ever again because last time i did the whole "EXE" or "Emulator" as some would call it broke and all I did was click a little privacy then my game would no longer work "OFFLINE" and then i had to go through the whole process of re-installing the game. I have been with The Sims 4 since it came out last year, and yes I remember when the Mobile phones were different... before they were updated and it's a good thing too... because the old Mobiles were... how to put it err...shit and laggy too, sometimes you'd end up clicking them by mistake, This will most likely work with all future updates... but we can't be too sure yet... but in my heart I know I'm right,

Text Glitch Tutorial:

• 1. Close Origin and press "Exit".

• 2. Go to Origin's game directory default is C:\Program Files (x86)\ Origin Games

• 3. Click on "The Sims 4" folder and rename it to "The Sims 4 Back Up"

• 4. Open Origin again

• 5. Orgin will now think that the Sims 4 is not installed, so re-download the game and accept everything!

• 6. The game should not say Downloading at 0% so close Origin and make sure you "exit" it.

• 7.  Go back into your Orgin Games folder and delete "The Sims 4" folder.

• 8.  Click on the Back Up Folder you made earlier of your ORIGINAL game and rename it "The Sims 4".

• 9. Move your "Mods" to another folder.

• 10. Open Origin again...

• Origin will now recognize the files and "FORCE" a update!

Your game should now work... and you should be able to read the text to perfection also you can move your mods back into your game!

Outdoor Retreat Only Sold Online - Rant:

Also to add before I forget... you can't buy The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat in stores I bet it would have been reduced too, I hope they don't do this with the full expansions.  I hate buying online due to the "VAT" charge... looked at my balance on my account and wow... they sure took a lot. 

And yes the Sims still load outside their homes and this is probably done because of major problems in The Sims 4 and that why EA/Maxis refuses to update or change it.

I'll be sure to keep updated on The Sims 4... problems updates, bugs, glitches and anything that ruins the game for "me" and most likely everyone else.

Who's that sleeping in my bed?

After playing the Sims 4 I have  noticed that friendship can mean a whole lot, depending on your Sims "traits" they will probably feel more at home if you "work" on their Aspirations and don't forget skills, Sims with higher skills are more likely to get somewhere and you are less likely to have problems with that Sim in the future.

For example a Sim will knock on your door depending on "friendship"  now children rarely knock on adults doors, unless you have children. But if you are best friends with a child Sim they will knock on your door and Kay Baxter is friends with "EVERYONE" she is the heart of my Sim World she's like a friend of the family to the Summers and everyone, thus the reason I made her get the "Friend Of The World" trait to prove that her friendships last forever.

I've noticed that Sims will only stay at your home if they are tired.... weird thing is you can't allow family members to sleep over at your home but you can allow a boyfriend or girlfriend to.  Although you can "visit" a Sim and stay at their home which is amazing... but only one problem...

"I HATE THE LOADING SCREENS". Another great aspect is that the Sims 4 has a free world... only you can no longer go into peoples homes.  

I witnessed the children all at 8:00 AM walking somewhere... to school maybe?

Yeah...the yellow school bus is no longer apart of the Sims series.

If you go out around town you'd be surprised who you see....

Moving to the more richer area of town has great aspects... parks next to big mansions... me?  I prefer a smaller home!

Witness WhooHoo

Imagine walking in on your parents WhooHoo I so wanted my Child Sim to die of embarrassment but apparently children are immune to it. Aww, I wanted to kill the little cunt.  Just look at her mood... "Fine" grrrrr!

Just look at the reaction on her face...I would have the same reaction if I saw both of my mothers WhooHooing!

Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat Text Glitch Again!

I finally got a hold of the Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat and let me tell you it's a great game the only problem so far is that all the text are glitched again so guess what is needed an up to date Strings package but nobody is currently sharing any of their fixed versions so far.

EA & Maxis?

Why doesn't EA and Maxis help provide files for the game that refuse to "UPDATE" it makes no sense... plus it only causes anger to the people like "me" who want to play the game in peace I mean c'mon I wasted money on Outdoor Retreat and it's fun I'll tell you that...but doesn't add much I mean if your Sims were to go on Holiday wouldn't you want so much more?

I take a whole group of Sims on holiday to the wild and a butch guide comes to help me out.

Took a whole family and guess what...MOST OF THEM LEFT! They was like "Oh" (Me being sarcastic) I'm going home. What a load of BULL SHIT! If you go on holiday with people you don't expect them to just up and leave they should stay as long as you are on the vacation.    

Note to self:

Only take family members camping as so called "friend" Sims just up and leave. WHAT THE HELL EA GAMES!?
