Uriko best known for her original book smart appearance moved on to an Otaku lifestyle... an even dyed her hair blue and has kept it that way forever, even her younger sister Cameron followed her lead. Uriko is now pregnant works her long hours at work in her medical career. In reality Uriko should have had time off but she didn't tell her bosses that she was pregnant, she lied and said she had just gained weight as she finds she can still work while being pregnant. One of Uriko's patients is Tyler who is very sick so his mother sent him to the hospital to get some treatment. Uriko X-rays him to see if she can find out the solution to his sickness.
Uriko continues to try and find out the illness... but forgets about her own well being and ends up wetting herself. As she is pregnant, she must use the toilet 24/7.
Mya makes her way to Uriko's new home and thanks her for helping Tyler get through his illness. Uriko tells Mya that she is going to have a baby which is a big thrill for her.
Mya tells Uriko that it'll be a piece of cake and she will finally be able to know how it feels to be a mother, after she gives birth but tells her that it will be a lot of hard work, but if she works together with her husband it will be a lot easier.
Uriko's husband came down with measles.
Uriko hosts an house party in her new home in honor of becoming a new mother and a lot of glitches take place where the Sims stand in one another.

Uriko is happily married and is moving on with her life and living in another city, hopefully hoping to expand her family in the future.
